Agility Robotics Digit v3: the first humanoid in an Amazon warehouse

Digit is a two-legged robot designed to work in Amazon warehouses. Unlike traditional wheeled or rail-based robots, Digit can climb steps, maneuver in tight spaces, and grasp objects flexibly — the same things a human does.

Amazon chose Digit not just to automate repetitive tasks, but because its bipedal structure fits spaces already built for humans, without expensive building modifications.

This partnership is considered the first serious deployment of a humanoid robot in a high-scale industrial context.
