SAP Joule: native AI copilot across the entire ERP stack
In one sentence SAP integrates Joule across its full stack (S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba): natural-language queries on ERP data, automated workflows, available to 300 million SAP users.
SAP launches Joule, an AI assistant that knows all of a company's SAP systems. An HR manager can ask "show me candidates for the open position in Milan" in plain language and receive the list from SuccessFactors without opening reports or navigating menus.
An accountant can ask Joule to reconcile pending invoices and receive a summary with flagged anomalies. It works the same way in S/4HANA for supply chain, Ariba for procurement, and SAP Analytics Cloud for data.
SAP's goal is to bring Joule to all 300 million users in its ecosystem by 2025.
