For finance teams, the copilot answers questions about budgets, spending forecasts, and KPIs without having to build custom reports. Each employee receives a personalised People Experience Feed with notifications relevant to their career path.

Workday has integrated these models directly into the platform already managing salaries, benefits, and performance reviews.
